Starleaf: join a meeting or class

This manual shows you how to partake in a Starleaf meeting or lecture. Would you like to know more about how to use Starleaf during your meeting or lecture? View this page for tips on usage during your meeting or lecture.

To partake in a Starleaf meeting, Starleaf needs to be installed on your computer.

  • Step 1

    Open Outlook, go to your calendar and open the meeting (see screenshot). Click the link in the text area.

  • Step 2

    If this is your first time, a verification screen will appear in which you have to enter a 6-digit code (see screenshot). You will receive this by email

  • Step 3

    An internet window opens. Click on [Start now].

  • Step 4

    The application Starleaf opens. In the menu under ‘Meetings’ your meeting is visible in the left column. When the button [ Join meeting ] is green, it means the meeting is starting or has started.

    Click on [Join meeting].

  • Step 5

    A video screen opens. Click on [Join meeting] again. You are now participating in the meeting or lecture.
