Starleaf: create a meeting/lecture
This manual shows you how you can create a Starleaf meeting in Outlook. Video conferencing in Starleaf is suitable for digital meetings and distance teaching.
To create a meeting, Starleaf needs to be installed on your computer and the Starleaf add-in needs to be added in Outlook.
-
Step 1
Open Outlook, go to your calendar and click on [New meeting]. Select a data and time, fill in subject and add participants.
-
Step 2
Click on [Schedule meeting Starleaf]. The first time you do this the plugin will need to connect to your Starleaf account by clicking [Connect] and signing in with your UU login credentials.
-
Step 3
Then, a window opens with [Add video meeting]. Click on this and select one of three layouts. Once completed, a link is visible in the text area. That is the link you and other participants need to click when it’s time to join the meeting or lecture.
