Outlook: Non-Personal Mailbox (macOS)
This manual describes how you can configure a Non-Personal Mailbox (NPM) on a UU computer using Outlook for Mac. A non-personal mailbox can be a group or department mailbox for example. Due to privacy concerns, some images have been redacted.

Step 1
Open Outlook
- Click Outlook in the menu bar at the top of the screen
- Click Settings

- Click Accounts

Step 3
- Click on the arrow next to ‘default’.

Step 4
- Click the arrow next to ‘Delegated’.

Step 5
- On the next screen, click on “shared with me” and then on the + symbol at the bottom left.

Step 6
In the next screen, search for the mailbox you wish to add and confirm it. The mailbox will then be added to Outlook.
