Outlook: Non-Personal Mailbox (macOS)

This manual describes how you can configure a Non-Personal Mailbox (NPM) on a UU computer using Outlook for Mac. A non-personal mailbox can be a group or department mailbox for example. Due to privacy concerns, some images have been redacted.

  • This manual has been created using a MacBook with macOS Sequoia 15.3

  • Step 1

    Open Outlook

    • Click Outlook in the menu bar at the top of the screen
    • Click Settings

  • Step 2

    • Click Accounts

  • Step 3

    • Click on the arrow next to ‘default’.

  • Step 4

    • Click the arrow next to ‘Delegated’.

  • Step 5

    • On the next screen, click on “shared with me” and then on the + symbol at the bottom left.

  • Step 6

    In the next screen, search for the mailbox you wish to add and confirm it. The mailbox will then be added to Outlook.
